Order Processing and Approval

At HydroJug, each order you place is reviewed and must be approved to ensure accuracy and to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order due to limited stock, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent behavior.

Once your order is approved, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipment. After processing, delivery typically requires 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this 24-hour period, your order will move into automated fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, you must contact HydroJug customer care within 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Before sending any products back, obtain return authorization by emailing HydroJug customer care at upovafelix@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Permitted Use of the Website

By using the HydroJug website, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Accessing restricted areas without authorization
Disrupting or interfering with website performance or security
Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

Descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability are carefully maintained, but errors or discrepancies can occur. All sales are subject to final confirmation of stock and pricing.
