Order Processing

HydroJug carefully processes every order to ensure timely delivery. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing may take longer during major holidays or special promotional events.

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order has left our facility, it usually takes 7-12 business days to arrive at your U.S. address. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs procedures, carrier schedules, and unforeseen issues such as weather or transit delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically according to your order details. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you can review all costs upfront.

Tracking Your Shipment

After we ship your order, HydroJug will send you tracking information via email. Please allow a short grace period for the tracking system to update before checking your shipment’s status online.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase to avoid shipment processing. To cancel, please contact us promptly at lukasotiz0@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this timeframe.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
