At HydroJug, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below to understand the process and eligibility.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

Item is unused, unworn, and in the exact condition as received
Original packaging, tags, parts, and materials are included and intact
Item is deemed suitable for resale after inspection by our HydroJug team

Returns that lack original packaging or show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or abuse will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-crafted products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Products purchased on final sale or clearance
Items damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase. To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at upovafelix@gmail.com.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, HydroJug will process approved refunds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at upovafelix@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
